A small suggestion

Beautifully made, and efficient delivery.

My suggestion:
The rough part of the velcro fastener will rub on my dog chest.

It would be more doggy friendly to switch the hook (hard) n loop (soft) velcro around. Hide the hard part under the cape collar and put the soft part on the scrap instead.
