Here at The Pet’s Couture, we take pride in ensuring that the handcrafted items are in pristine condition before shipping over to your destination. If you’re looking to return a faulty item, please get in touch or use the WhatsHelp icon on our webstore (little green phone icon on our webpage) so that we can get this sorted for you. Our online store’s opening hours are Mondays to Fridays (1000-1800HRS).
Want to return something back to us? No problem! Here are some key notes and ways you can return back to us.
General & International Refund
- If you find that the item is faulty or in unsatisfactory condition, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your original order. If you would like a refund for the items but you can’t return to us for any reason, the refund will be at our discretion.
- If the refund process is approved by our team, we’ll refund the full price you paid for your item based on the invoice order back to your original payment method. This process will take 14 days to process.
- If you prefer the same design, we can also do a one-on-one exchange of the same item. Due to the limited designs in nature, if the one-on-one condition does not satisfy, we are able to make exchanges, including other designs of the same value, or the full refund instead.
- We request that the returned items are packed properly to ensure no additional damage are inflicted on its way back to our workshop. This includes the original packaging. I.e PawGlam! Collars to be packed neatly into its original casing.
- In an unlikely event that the item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, or outside the 7 day exchange policy, The Pet’s Couture reserves the right to not refund.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items back to The Pet’s Couture.
- Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the items returned and obtain proof of posting so that our team can expedite the refund process as soon as we can.
For Singapore
- For Singapore customers, you can opt to return to us by visiting our showroom at 59, Ubi Ave 1, Bizlink Center, #06-12, Singapore 408938 during our opening hours from daily (1000 to 1800 HRS) by making an appointment with us via Whatsapp +65 86004152 as we operate by appointment only, or send it to us via delivery services available in Singapore.
- Once received and inspected, the team will expedite the refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
