What Should I Do If My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet?
Your estimated delivery date is provided on your email – please allow until the stated date for your order to arrive. During festive seasons, do expect delays from the courier services based on your region. You can track your order (provided in the email) with the tracking code and the courier website. The tracking link should be able to show you its journey to you.
I Have An Incorrect Item on My Order.
We will want to sort out any misplaced orders right away. Please provide your order number or confirmation email to ensure the correct order to be despatched to you the soonest.
Can I Amend My Orders, Even Though I’ve Made The Payment?
Orders are usually despatched the next day after the order is made. We can’t make any changes once you have made the order. This includes changing the delivery option, address or the payment method.
You have the option to cancel your order and place a new one. The amount will be refunded to you based on the payment method you opted for.
