We accept major card providers – Visa, MasterCard and American Express and mobile payments such as Apple Pay via Stripe for all local (Singapore) and International customers. The Pet’s Couture is continuously seeking improvements and exploring alternative payments for our patron’s convenience. We do seek your understanding and time for us to implement additional features in the near future

We accept major credit card transactions (list provided above); bank deposits and PayNow/Paylah

For transactions done via bank deposits and Paylah or PayNow, we will only expedite the order once the payment is made in full. Please provide a screenshot of the payment made (receipt) via email or drop us a message via WhatsHelp (green tab located at the bottom right of the store) or Whatsapp +65 86004152. You can Paylah! or PayNow to +65 96523645.

Also, The Pet’s Couture sends out regular emails to notify our registered customer. You can do so here.

Where Do I Put The Promo Codes?

When you’ve happily found the perfect item for your fur-kid, you can head over to the checkout area and simply put the Code into the area designated with the words “Discounts”. The images below will give you a better idea on how it’s done. Do note that certain promotions will not give additional discount for sales items.

Example used below uses the Code GSS20 which provides the customer with 20% discount.
